My experience-Specific pain points on head

Do you guys have any specific pain point on your head? I have a migraine with aura and I have had it for 15 years. I am 23 years old now. For the first time in my life I got approximately a 1 month long period, when I had 4 migraine with aura attacks and the post-symptomatic phase never went away during it.

I got a preventive medication (Noritren) and I have also used naproxen with it. I also have triptans but I now only use Noritren with naproxen. Tomorrow I have used Noritren for one week, and I already have been better than before. I'm not perfectly fine but I have been able to do things like clean, cook food, go to uni and go to walks. These were pretty much impossible one week ago.

I had a pretty rough beginning of the year; I have moved in the middle of winter, I have a shit ton of uni courses, I have actively applied for jobs and I also write my Bachelor's thesis. My neuro said that it is possible that I have been too stimulated and my head is a little bit "inflamed", hence the never-ending migraine attacks. There has always been a new attack after I had a exam.

Today I noticed after having went to school for a 2 hour period a little bit of headache on my left side (the migraine side). I then went through my head with my fingers and found a small area that has a bit of pain when touched. It is a bit higher than where my migraine pain was at the first place.

Is this concerning? My neuro said earlier that my pain sounds like a migraine with some tension component and that brain imaging isn't necessary.

I am having a phone call with my doctor (not the same person as the neuro) tomorrow, and I am going to tell them about this.
