My experience-How much magnesium glycinate for migraine?

Hi all! I FINALLY found a magnesium I can tolerate, oxide was horrible, chelated.. oh hell no, and citrate was absolutely awful. Glycinate seems to be going well and it recommends 200mg on my gummies bottle. I've been taking 2 gummies a day which is 200. I know on the migraine foundation website it recommends 600mg of oxide but I know that one isn't as well absorbed. So for migraines, what do ya'll take for glycinate? I'd like to keep it at 200mg if it's effective if possible.

Thanks!!
