My experience-Lightheaded & sleepy after botox injections

Before anyone comments on this and says 'search the sub' - I already did and found nothing so here I go...

I got my first round of botox injections today! Ive had migraines since childhood and this past year was the worst yet. I definitely got that weird crunchy noise on the back of my head that I saw others talking about (lol)

About half way through, when the doc had finished the injections in the back of my shoulders, neck, and head I became very dizzy and light headed. My vision speckled out black for a moment. I told him I was light headed and he let me lay down and take a moment. Then I told him I was ready for him to continue and he finished the injections on the top of my head / front of forehead etc. I was still pretty lightheaded/dizzy after and became nauseous. Has anyone else had this experience? The doctors were at Kaiser so they were more concerned with getting me out within their 20 min window than attending to needs.

I came home and took a nap because i got super sleepy (doc told me laying down and sleeping is fine).

ALSO, I was concerned that my neck and shoulders were going to hurt more after. I am pre-arthritic in my neck and am an athlete that uses lots of upper body so my traps are always extremely tight. The past month has been extra painful for me. But, I actually have found relief from the pain after the injections which makes sense when I think about why the botox actually works but I haven't seen anyone talk about it relieving shoulder/neck pain.
