My experience-Should I go to community college for nursing if I get a full tuition or full scholarship to a 4 year university?

If I complete community college I will be a ADN nurse at 20 years old and I may have to pay maybe 2,000-4,000 out of pockets whereas with university I may not have to pay. I keep hearing a lot of people regret going to University because of the debt but if I get a full ride will I get regret as well? However, attending a 4 year university with a full ride is actually cheaper than going to community college. Also If I do attend University, I will be staying home and I don’t really need the college experience so that’s why I was thinking community college. Community college would be more personalized but I have a 4.0 GPA and 29 Act which does qualify me for a lot of scholarships.but also I do have chronic migraines in which I have to take Botox and currently taking amviog . When I have a really really bad migraine, I can’t do anything at all. In that case community college is better because I can switch from part time, quarter time and full-time student and it will be at no additional cost. Some of the community classes are online whereas with the university all of them are physical so I would have to miss a bunch of classes. I don’t know how much I should take into account my migraines when planning for my future. my migraines are very very bad but I’ve also wanted to attend four year university and I’ve worked so hard my whole four years of high school to go to a four year university. The only reason I would go to a community college is because I would definitely finish within the two years and be a nurse and if I had any really serious migraines along the way I can take as much time as I need to but with a four-year university scholarships are for full time students. No exceptions.
