My experience-Took 50mg Ubrelvy unprescribed and now have a migraine - should I be worried?

Hi. So I am not someone who regularly has migraines but I didn’t know where else to ask this. Yesterday I had a pretty severe headache to the point where I was in bed all day with the lights off. My friend who has migraines thought it may be a migraine and offered to let me try their migraine medication - I was reluctant but they said it was ok because if it was a migraine, it would help, and if it wasn’t a migraine it would do nothing. I took the medication (50mg Ubrelvy) and the pain was gone within half an hour.

However today, I have suddenly had a stabbing pain behind my right eyebrow that hurts significantly worse than my headache yesterday. I have never had pain like this and can’t help but worry that taking migraine medication when you aren’t prescribed it can… cause migraines? I don’t know. I’m a very anxious person so I can’t tell if my worrying is rational or not. Please let me know! Thanks.
