My experience-Anyone had their adrenals tested?

My cardiologist ordered a Plasma Metanephrines test based on my last visit. I'm in hypertension stage 2 and my heart rate is still 120-140 resting. The mixed migraines are daily, and I'm completely exhausted all the time. I'm on disability from work.

My readings were concerning.

Free Metanephrines are low, normal being 59, mine were 30.

Free Normethanephrines were high, normal being 148, mine were 191.

Free total MN & NMN was high, normal being 205, mine were 221.

Paperwork reads that there's strong evidence of the presence of peochromocytoma, or a tumor of the adrenal gland (s). A 24 hr urine sample and MRI are needed to confirm.

Symptoms include hypertension, high heart rate and severe headache.

Freaked out and curious at the same time.
