My experience-Phantom smells during migraine attack

Never had this before. Today experienced worst migraine attack I’ve ever had. 10/10 pain (still got it just not as bad) I’ve tried everything on repeat triptans aspirin sleep. Earlier today when it was at its worst just before taking another triptan, I started smelling the most rancid smell. Combination of stale vomit/swear and decomposing rat. Naturally I’m thinking where the hell is this coming from as I’m sat in my car and worried there’s something in there gone off or it’s my clothes or even worse, me? Had a sniff around (lol) and the source was my HAIR?! I sniffed other things and nothing but it was from my hair, which made it even more convincing not like it was just this general overall phantom smell. I can never smell anything bad on me and I shower religiously. I was so upset by it I called my mum who suffers migraines to ask if she ever had anything like that. She said no. I read they can happen with migraines but are rare? Ten minutes after, my hair smelt like shampoo again. Honestly one of the most bizarre experiences. But now I’m actually paranoid if the attack just heightened my senses and made me smell things I’d grown accustomed to? Do I actually smell like that? I couldn’t understand at the time if it was my hair why I hadn’t smelt it before now too because I can usually make out A bad smell a mile off. Really bizarre experience. But today has been the worst migraine I’ve ever had. Anyone else ever had this? Or should I be worried lol
