My experience-Emgalty and "dizzy" feeling

Hey there! Just took my second dose of Emgalty a few days ago. The first one was ok, no major side effects. However I've had this strange sensation since taking my second dose (and the worst migraine I've experienced in months). I don't know that dizzy is the right word but I feel unstable? It's not constant, but certain movement sets it off. It's a feeling of "whoa" and like I'm about to fall over. Sometimes it's just a few seconds up to hours of that same feeling. Things I've noticed that set it off: When I stand up after sitting, when starting to walk after standing still, turning my head, looking up or down, and bending over then standing up again.

Does anyone else experience this and if so how can I make it stop? I've been dizzy before to the point the room felt off center but nothing like this. Does anyone have a word for what this could be?

My GP says dizziness is common with Emgalty and to watch out for it. I haven't been able to get into the office yet since this second dose though and want to try to explain it the best I can
