so lately, ive been having really intense and sharp pains specifically at my left temple

my whole left eye is throbbing, and sometimes, a random but sharp pain would hit at my left temple

it kinda leaves my eye a little droopy when it gets really intense, and ir makes it hard to focus or do anything

idk if this is a migraine or a cluster headache?? the pain isn’t super severe, but it’s definitely annoying
