My experience-My boyfriend has had horrible migraines and mood swings, and I'm worried about how it's affecting him.

He tells me that it's hereditary and there's nothing he can do, but I've noticed that he's getting worse migraines more frequently when any little disagreement between us comes up. He's gotten multiple in the past week when it had previously been months since his last bad one. I believe it's linked to his stress levels, but it's never been this bad or frequent in the almost 2 years we've been together. He's also been a lot more cold and distant lately. I shared my concerns and said that I think he should talk to a doctor about it since he's due for his physical anyway, but he shrugged it off. I feel like he's dissatisfied with our relationship but can't bring himself to leave me and maybe that's why he's having them more.

So I ask do your migraines frequently cause heavy mood swings? Have you ever threatened to break up with someone you love deeply while having a migraine and then regretted it when you felt better? I'm just so scared and stressed that I'll lose this relationship and that he truly feels this way
