My experience-Getting silent migraines during a "regular" migraine?

I get silent migraines quite a lot and something I noticed years ago is that sometimes it feels like I get them even when I'm having a "regular" migraine episode. When it's concurrent like that, it's during the prodrome. Yet it's not an aura and I can get an aura during the silent migraine. These silent migraines are very much like any other I get, including usually lasting several hours, except for the odd time when they occur.

I briefly mentioned it to my neurologist when describing my migraines in some detail but got no comment, though I was mostly there about other things. The main issue it causes is making timing my zolmitriptan even more challenging.

Does anybody else experience this?
