So I've been trying for about 9 months to get my doctor's office to process my prior authorization ,however it gets done by the front desk clerk. she has refused to do it until this month ,when I talk to my doctor about her not sending it in. she finally sent it in but she sent it in twice so my insurance refused the prior authorization. send it in again today. they refused it again saying that saying "yes we prescribed as medication " is not enough they actually need my God medical documentation. so I just spent $45 when I shouldn't have to to get someone else to do the documentation. very very angry .just need my ubrevly
