Last night I felt a sudden sharp pain in my left upper trapezius muscle, like I pulled a muscle. It remained there the rest of the night. Shortly after that, I felt some tingling in one spot on the left side of my chin, just like in this image. This morning, the trapezius pain is still there but milder, but I developed a tension-type headache on my left side in all areas I circled in blue: temple, eye, cheek, even side of my nose and my ear helix. Has anyone experienced trapezius muscle causing this type of headache? Apparently they are called cervicogenic headaches, if that’s what it is. submitted by /u/ibh08 [link] [comments]
