Trapezius Muscle Triggering Temple, Eye, Cheek, Ear Pain

Last night I felt a sudden sharp pain in my left upper trapezius muscle, like I pulled a muscle. It remained there the rest of the night. Shortly after that, I felt some tingling in one spot on the left side of my chin, just like in this image. This morning, the trapezius pain is still there but milder, but I developed a tension-type headache on my left side in all areas I circled in blue: temple, eye, cheek, even side of my nose and my ear helix. Has anyone experienced trapezius muscle causing this type of headache? Apparently they are called cervicogenic headaches, if that’s what it is.
