My experience-Reasonable accommodation

Question if you’ve had to go this route with work. Long story short since switching to a new job (further from home) my migraines have been crazy again when they have not for years. I get migraine treatments and have meds in place and even increasing those meds has not helped. My nero suggested requesting reasonable accommodation to be in office one day a week (instead of 2) as my job absolutely can be done remotely (I obviously do it all the other times without issues). My HR came back suggesting they can give me blue light blocker for my screen and noise canceling headset. Now… I have chronic migraines so I obviously have blue light blockers on my glasses and I wear noise canceling headphones at the office. I haven’t had to go this route requesting accommodations before so for those that have … if this was you… what would you do or even respond back. I should add that yes my neurologist filled out the form like a typical doctor answering 3 questions with one blunt answer but that being said she never once mentioned screens/noise being my only triggers.
