My experience-Ice Pick migraines

For the past 4 or 5 years I’ve had symptoms of what are presumably ice pick headaches (extreme 10/10 pain headaches that last for a brief second before disappearing). I saw a neurologist once and was diagnosed with cluster headaches since they happen in pockets, but I don’t really resonate with the rest of cluster headache symptoms.

These migraines are very scary since they feel like I’ve been stabbed for a second and usually happen on and off for several days when I get them. However when it stops I feel completely fine. The hypochondriac in me wants to get a CT scan, but I know my blood work is normal and I have no history of vision/cognitive issues. Has anyone else suffered with headaches like these?
