My experience-Silent Migraines? Need help

So I’ve been having migraines for the past couple of months (around 4-6 months now) (22M). But they have been very weird and I don’t ever know if when I’m experiencing these symptoms, if I should be worried about migraine or something more serious.

Basically, my migraines happen around once a month or so, and they involve a ton of aura and neurological symptoms, and very minimal pain. The current attack I’m having started on Sunday. Sunday morning I noticed I had a dull headache that didn’t go away the entire day, my eyes were very sensitive to light, and trying to do anything just made my head hurt more. All on the left side, by Sunday night, I was having weird visual auras, felt numbness and tingling in my arms and legs, and just felt generally shaky. I went to bed and woke up Monday morning, still with this very dull headache, left side, but started having throbbing pain in my left neck and shoulder. Through the day, I was still having visual issues, which were alternating eyes, and a mixture of dull and throbbing pains through the left side of my head. The throbbing pain never lasts more than a few seconds at a time. Again I went to bed, woke up yesterday feeling slightly better. I felt the migraine was lifting so I went out, ate for the first time in 2 days, and went to a therapy appointment. On the way there my left eye went crazy, it felt like the whole left side of my head was hypersensitive, and I got super nauseous and dizzy. This lasted through last night, the light sensitivity came back, and this feeling like the left side of my head was bruised came on. Again went to sleep, this morning I woke up, still a headache, light sensitivity, legs feel weak and shaky, my right side of my face feels numb and tingly, and I feel just pretty shitty. I’ve had MRI, MRA, CT scans, and blood work, and no extreme issue has been found with my head. I just feel like I’m going crazy at this point. It seems like a migraine but it’s not wanting to go away, and the changing symptoms make me very scared that it’s something more serious. If anyone else has gone through something similar. It would help me to not feel so alone right now.
