My experience-Why does my migraine occasionally move from left side to right side?

My migraines always are behind my left eye or thereabouts.

Maybe 2 percent of the time they become diffuse throughout the head or move to the right side. It’s generally a bad sign that I’m in for a very rough ride.

I’ve also noticed if I mainly eat carbs, say brown rice, for dinner then I’ll wake up with the diffuse headache. When that happens I go straight for 100 mg sumatriptan and I know I might have to hit it again two hours later

Any insights?
