My experience-No pain, no aura, no headache but random unexplainable anxiety?

I’m in college. As I’m sitting in my math class ending my test, I suddenly became very anxious and my prof noticed.

She comes over to me to ask if everything is ok, and I said “I’m experiencing random anxiety but I’ve never had panic attacks before.” So she tried to comfort me. (She’s aware of my migraines)

If I had to estimate how much time went by, I’d say maybe 10-15 minutes later, the electric goes out. Test was over at this point, and I audibly say “That probably explains the anxiety. I feel better now.” Prof was looking at me in a way I can’t fully explain. (Mix of shock and awe.)

Something to know: it wasn’t raining, it was sunny and 80 something degrees outside. But where I live, we were under a Fire Weather Watch, then later a Red Flag Warning.

As the title would suggest, I didn’t have an aura, no headache, no pain, or any other migraine symptoms. I only had the random and intense anxiety.

Can anybody else kinda sense things like this or had similar experiences? Is this even a thing with migraine sufferers, or am I just weird?
