My experience-Migraine/vertigo triggered my laying on my stomach for a while and then getting up?

This is very specific so I'm hoping against odds that someone else has experienced this. I've noticed that when I lay on my stomach for a while, with my head propped up by my hands or something, when I finally sit up I experience mild-moderate vertigo. The vertigo lasts about an hour which then becomes a ~3 day long headache wth intermittent dizziness.

I was recently diagnosed with migraines with PMS and sleep disturbances being my primary triggers. I'm just wondering if this sounds like it could be a migraine as well? My migraines typically do not come with an aura, besides one time when I had very very obvious aura (blindness, squiggly lines) followed by a 4 month long migraine.

And even if this isn't a migraine, has anyone experienced anything similar? I also just wondered if it was migraine related because it seems to come on with the changing position of my neck, going from craned to neutral. And I know migraines are possibly related to blood pressure changes so maybe my neck position decreases then suddenly increases blood flow to my head? Idk, rambling but if anyone has any tips, they would be greatly appreciated!
