Thanks to botox and emgality the pain is only about a 3 but it’s very unusual. Usually right now my head doesn’t hurt at all or Tylenol helps. Well, I’ve taken so much medicine, eaten so much McDonald’s and other crappy food, drank all the coke, more medicine, naps, nothing is working for more than an hour.

Then today the bottom of my neck started hurting and the pain shoots down to my hands and makes my arms numb after the pain shoots down. It’s so weird. I have no idea what’s going on.

I don’t know what to do.
