My experience-i’m so exhausted

migraines have ruined my life. all i do anymore is wake up and pray that the pain doesn’t go above a 7 until i can go back to sleep and the cycle restarts. none of the meds i’ve tried have helped at all and now i just have a constant migraine that ranges in severity that seems to only be getting worse. i’m so fucking exhausted of being dizzy and sick and foggy and in pain constantly. i have my first PT evaluation tomorrow which is the only thing i’m holding onto at this point. i’m so tired of being a 22 year old who has to stay home and sit in a dark room all day and never see my friends or be able to go out with my boyfriend because i have a migraine or will inevitably get a migraine. i feel so hopeless and have never been so suicidal in my entire life i don’t know how much longer i can deal with this without any sort of relief. I can’t even wear my glasses while i’m typing this because they hurt my nose which makes my head hurt more. i just need to know i won’t feel this way forever
