My experience-Where do I start for seeking treatment?

I believe I’ve been getting episodic migraines that come with aura, nausea, vomiting etc. I’ve had three so far in the past six months. They last 1-2 days and have almost a hangover afterwards. I am going to start journaling them to see if I can pinpoint triggers.

I have tmj and suspect that may be the source but it could be a million things. Should I go to a neurologist? I don’t have a regular doctor. TIA
