My experience-Migraine without pain?

I’ve been dealing with migraines for 20 years or so — no where near as bad as some of the stories I read on here but all migraines are awful.

Since I got covid back in January 2022 I feel like my migraines have changed and I get a lot of weird neurological things that scare me like pins and needle feeling that jumps around my body (probably long covid). There have been a few times I honestly thought I was having a stroke and went to ER for cat scan and blood work and they said I was fine.

Today I have almost no migraine pain but I feel like my head is a helium balloon and I’m having so much difficulty thinking (like when I’m in a full blown migraine). I know it’s about to rain and that typically triggers a migraine but this is weird that I have all symptoms EXCEPT the pain.

Anyone ever experience this?
