My experience-My story: pretty desperate. Supraorbital nerve entrapment. Crazy headaches

I'm in the proces of figuring out what is what with my symptoms. If I have trigemanial neuralgia, occipital neuralgia, cervigogenic headaches and dizzyness or tmjd. I also have neckpain and stiffness. Or supraorbital neuralgia and perhaps a trapped nerve.

My jaw clicks and pops, although others don't hear this. But I do. I have ear pressure, facial pressure and stiffness, stiff jaw, opening my mouth sometimes hurts and it doesn't go smooth but it jolts. And pins and needles on the cheeks and nose. Which don't hurt but are very uncomfortable. This has been Goin on on and off for almost 3 years.

But what is new.. But when I wake up especially, I have pain above my eye and also above my eye lid. And that eye feels very heavy. Mostly on one side but it can switch from one to another. This is just there 24/7 but worse in the morning. When I look up the pain gets worse. I've noticed that I cannot lift my left eyelid as much as the right one. Especially with my right eye closed. The orofacial therapist asked me if I ever had facial paralysis. But not that I know off. If I practice moving my left eye lid up during the day it gets a bit better. But still not as far as the right one. Offcourse I started worrying about this. But it'll take some time before I can see the neurologist.

When I rub my eyelid and eyebrow too hard I can bring on a headache that lasts a few hours. My eyelid also feels cold. Idk how to explain. There's a sensation of cold. The headaches are severe. They go together with dizzyness and I've read about this happening with supraorbital neuralgia. The insane eyelid pain is just aweful.

I sleep on that side so maybe something gets blocked or there is too much pressure during the night. Idk. Just wondered if any of you have had this. Does the fact that I can bring on the pain by looking up mean it's muscular? My eye sight is perfect btw. I had that checked out.
