My experience-Twitching/pulsing/throbbing sensation on sides of head.

Hey all — I’m 35 and have had migraines on and off my entire life. I’m on this sub fairly regularly so I don’t want to give my whole life story — just a bit of background to better ask if anyone also experiences this.

When I get a migraine these days I notice this pulsing or twitching on the sides of my head. I mentally visualize a vein pumping blood and it’s pumping extra hard or some shit but I don’t actually know.

I’ve had a ton of blood work and scans done over the past months due to long covid testing and everything is coming back fine. No signs of inflammation or anything. I just was wondering if anyone else feels these things (mainly on the right but have felt both sides).
