My experience-Would triptans help if the “headache” wasn’t a migraine?
I started going down the rabbit hole thinking that I have a tumor or some blood vessel problem. I had a MRI July last year which was clear, but since four months ago I started getting migraines at least 10-12 times a month (and all these years i used to get them 2-3 times a month).
I can’t afford another MRI, i will see my neurologist next month tho, but I was just wondering if, for example, I had a brain tumor (which I don’t think I do honestly cause the symptoms are the same as always, just the frequency is much higher, but only IF), would the triptans still work? Cause they do for me, every time, THANK GOD, but I’m just wondering if they would work if something much more sinister was going on, or is it “just” that my migraine situation is worsening for no freaking reason.
