My experience-Kinda running out of options here...

Bit of history here:

I've been having migraines since I was 3. I've had really bad one's during primary school, some so bad that I've vomited and had to leave school for the day. I would get nauseous, very sensitive to noise and light. Since I was 10, I've been prescribed with Paracetamol, Ibuprofen and Sumatriptan. I had a CT scan but everything was normal. During my teenage years, the frequency of attacks went down to once every 1-2 weeks, but those attacks lasted for two days (throbbing pain behind my eyes).

But since the pandemic, the frequency rose up again to every day. I experience a daily pulsatile pain which could happen at any time no matter what I do. I manage through the day with Paracetamol, Ibuprofen and Codeine. If it gets really bad or doesn't go away, I take those plus the Sumatriptan along with some Rizatriptan. I also take Propranolol and Amitriptyline to try and prevent it but that made no difference.

I also have trouble sleeping sometimes. I used to take Melatonin to help this when I was a kid but I don't anymore.

When I went to the doctors about the migraines, they think I've got medication overuse-related headaches. But it makes no difference whatsoever.

I don't know what to do anymore. I can't work and I can't go through the pain any longer. I'm running out of options here, hence me writing this. Any advice would really be appreciated!
