My experience-Is this Hemiplegic Migraine?

22 very active, healthy male with migraine history- So Monday I felt like I was going to pass out or fall down, I laid down and calmed down and then was super dizzy/off-balance and started become weak and somewhat numb on my right side. The last couple days I’ve felt super tense and achey & then the same thing happened on Wednesday. After each episode I’ve had a slight headache with insane brain fog, confusion and even walking makes me tired. I’ve gotten lots of more-typical migraines before but this is the first Hemiplegic one I’ve gotten before, at least that what’s my doctor thinks. What do you think?
