My experience-Anybody else get really scared after they hit their head?

I hit my head earlier today and it caused me to tense up my neck super bad. Ever since then I’ve been out of it and nauseous and in pain and I don’t think it was enough to get a concussion (I’ve had 2 in the past) but it’s really hard to not be worried about it.

I’m not sure what to do. And I just feel awful ever since and my neck hurts so much. Any advice?
