My experience-Anyone here suffer from vestibular migraines? (Vertigo)

I had an episode 3 months ago of sudden nausea, vomiting, headache, and INTENSE vertigo. Tbh my symptoms match the description of Vestibular Neuritis quite well but I saw a vestibular specialist and she thinks it’s vestibular migraine.

By the way, this isn’t temporary Vertigo. It’s 24/7 non stop. Although it has lessened from a 10/10 severity when it first started to a 2/10 to 6/10 depending on the day and it’s severity.

Might convince the NHS to book a neurologist appointment just to rule anything more sinister out. Trying to live a normal life and just not think about it but it’s hard sometimes.

Has anyone else suffered from vertigo due to vestibular migraines and have you found any treatment that works?

For reference I am a 29 year old healthy male, go to gym 5 times a week, eat relatively healthy, no alcohol or drugs, etc

Have suffered from “traditional” migraines and occasional migraine aura since I was a kid.
