My experience-Occipital nerve block cash price?

I live in Los Angeles and have Aetna PPO which has denied multiple appeals for occipital nerve blocks (including peer review).

I have been getting them at my neurologist but have about 20k in bills insurance probably won’t cover, and it’s $1400 every 5 weeks for the cash price.

Does anyone have a cheap cash price for greater and lesser occipital nerve blocks? At $14,000 a year it’s probably cheaper to travel elsewhere every 5 weeks - Southern California would be ideal but willing to go anywhere driving distance or close to a major airport

And for my background - migraines since I was 8. Botox and nerve blocks are the only preventative that has worked. Tried pretty much everything else including cgrp’s (really messed up my bp) and haven’t had any luck with anything else.

thanks!
