My experience-Sumatriptan side effects

I go through phases of having regular migraines and not having them for months. I haven't taken sumatriptan since I had covid in March but had to take some (50mg) yesterday at work because they seem to be coming back. I've always had a bit of chest/throat pain and shortness of breath but I was told this was normal. But yesterday it was completely different, never had such bad side effects. My manager said I went a funny colour and I was boiling hot, chest pains shaking etc. It sorted the migraine out but I was so so so weak all night and had bad diarrhoea too. And it's now 6pm the following day (I took it at 11:30am) and I'm still so dizzy and I can't hear PROPERLY, I haven't been able to eat much today because I've felt so sick. I've never had side effects this bad before, they've never been great but this is a completely different level. Wtf this has happened out of nowhere??? Has anyone else had this experience?
