My experience-Tips for maximizing Qulipta quantity/dose using savings and support program?

While not completely shitty, my insurance does a less than stellar job at covering any of the newer migraine meds. My spouse has has figured out a few ways to get the support program to dispense some of the new weight loss/diabetes injectable meds. Apparently, I would be able to get specifically Qulipta using this method.

I'm wondering how to get the most out of this opportunity. So the max dose is 60 mg and most people start at 30? And I've seen that the pills can be split with no issue, apparently? So I could ask my PCP to rx a one month's supply of 60 mg and take 1/2 tab (30 mg) daily. I would have to get a paper copy and send to the Qulipta program so I'm trying to figure out how she could write it to maximize the benefit.
