My experience-Here's to day 4 😢

I did this to myself, but I didn't think it would be this bad. One of my most consistent triggers is not getting enough sleep. Knowing this, I still couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to a Wednesday night roller derby practice. They don't start until 9:15 pm and the rink is 45 minutes from my house, so I don't go to these practices because I work during the week. By the time I got home from practice, showered, and in bed it was nearly 2 am. I got up at 7 am to get ready to drive to Thanksgiving with my metamour's family. I've had a migraine since then. Since Thursday evening, I've taken a total of 250 mg of Sumatriptan and I'm worried about taking more, but I'm still in so much pain.

I'm not really looking for solutions, I just know that y'all understand what I'm going through and I guess I feel the need for commiseration.
