I am wondering what the folks on this sub’s relationship is to alcohol and how that affects your migraines? I have given up alcohol completely (lots of reasons I’m happy to give if anyone is interested) and I do think it lessons how many migraines I get with an aura (alcohol is one of my bigger triggers along with weather and caffeine). It also lessons the amount of excedrine I take (which I already have an ulcer from ugh) - what about you?
