Had a migraine so bad the other day that it was making me violently throw up on an empty stomach. The act was so upsetting to my body that mid hanging over the toilet bowl, blood just started pouring out of my nose.

Kind of a terrifying experience and my nose didn't stop bleeding for a good 10 minutes afterwards. 🙃
