My hair has been falling out in large amounts since starting emgality. I had my second dose yesterday and today I have the most gut wrenching migraine - it hurts to move. My darkening blinds aren’t enough. I’m wearing sunglasses in my dark room and still want to throw up after 1 hour with Cefaly and rizatriptan. All this is true yet somehow I’m still craving an ungodly and disgusting amount of food ranging from a soft serve sundae to general tsos chicken. Idk. I feel nuts and my period was 2 weeks late. BUT my migraines overall are way less frequent and less severe generally. I just don’t know what to think
