My experience-Not sure if I had a migraine
Hi all. I’ve had a few migraines in my life (26F). But some were auras without headache. Last week I was lethargic, had serious brain fog, and had little headaches even in the mornings, which is unheard of for me. I felt horribly depressed and tired. But worst of it was just feeling stupid and forgetful. I did have some sensitivity to light too.
I’ve been trying to see if migraines can even last this long, and everything says they would be excruciating. I’ve had migraines without pain multiple times in the more recent past, so I wonder if it’s possible for longer ones to do the same. Or, could it be this mysterious “migraine hangover”?
