My experience-ER visit didn't help long

I've been having my first ever migraine since Wednesday afternoon. I went to urgent care Thursday. They gave me a shot of toradol and a taper pack of steroids. None of these things made a difference. I went to the ER Friday night and they gave me a migraine cocktail. I can't remember what they said was in it, but it made me feel like I was crawling out if my skin. It reduced my pain some, so it only felt like I had a normal headache. When I woke up again this morning, I was alright for about 45 minutes. My migraine is coming back slowly and I'm afraid if I go back to the ER they'll call me a drug seeker or just give me the same thing as last time. What could I ask for that would make it stop with no terrible side affects in you guys' experience?
