My experience-i’ve had on and off migraines 5/7 days this week

i’m 19 and the only medication I take is birth control, if that means anything. I was prescribed some migraine medication like 1-2 years ago but I sucked at taking it so idk if it ever helped (and that was when i’d have a migraine like once every 2 weeks, now it’s weekly). Sunday I had a migraine that lasted 20 hours, and then they were on and off until I finally had thursday and friday migraine free. Now it’s saturday and I have had a migraine for the past 9 hours. I have no idea why it’s been like this but all I remember is being so happy I was migraine free for 2 WHOLE weeks and then I get whatever this is. This has never happened to me and the longest i’ve ever had a migraine was maybe 12 hours. Over the days i’ve taken excedrine migraine, regular ibuprofen, advil migraine, and tried allergy meds today. They’ve only helped a couple of times and when they did I think i’ve been getting rebound headaches maybe?? Pain has been a lot on the right side around eye and top, then will sometimes move to the back of my head also. One of them this week started on the whole side of my right head, and eventually got better but moved to the left. I’ve talked to my mom about it and her only input is “make a doctors appointment “ or “my head hurts too” 🙄. I think I might be a health hypochondriac so this stress about me “dying(but probably not)” is not helping. I haven’t been able to make an appointment because i’ve been working and thought I was fine since they’d “go away” but after 5 days i’m worried. i’m going to make an appointment monday but I just wanted some input I guess.
