My experience-Chronic Tension Headache

Hi all, I'm a 27(M).

Have been working since 2 years ago. Ever since then, I have developed Tension Headache.

The pressure in the head doesn't go away, and it is persistent (daily occurrence). And it has been that way for 2 straight years.

I have done a MRI scan, but everything was perfectly fine! The neuro has prescribed some medication, but so far it hasn't been effective. Largely relaxation pills as the neuro thinks stress is the main cause. I'm not too sure about that, I feel pretty alright!

Anyone else experienced something similar? Any recommendations to eliminate the issue? Thank you! I'm really desperate to get my normal life back :(
