My experience-Cervicogenic Migraine

Does anyone here suffer from this debilitating condition? I am 34 years old and this started for me when I was 30. It's been non-stop ever since. The only thing that seems to work is a cold compress (ice), and a pump up neck brace.

Does anyone know of any exercises for the neck that will strengthen the neck muscles to alleviate this condition? I cannot afford physiotherapy and I am not sure which subreddit is appropriate to ask. If anyone knows of specific neck strengthening exercises, please let me know, I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you!
