I was on the Emgality shot & Nurtec for about a year, was AMAZING at the beginning but it wore off completely. I was up to my 3-4 migraines a week again. I got changed today to Qulipta for my daily & Reyvow for my breakthrough medication.

I’ve been reading that Qulipta works pretty well besides the constipation. I’m really nervous about the Reyvow because I’m on Lexapro also- but my neurologist is aware of this. Does anyone else take a SSRI on this?? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
