My experience-has anyone else experienced something like this?

Repost because last title made it look like I was looking for diagnosis 🙄

So previous to all this, I've had migraines in the past-the very typical visual aura from an hour followed by a severe headache for a couple hours. Then last winter, I had a migraine after a party and then after that just kept getting daily headaches. Then nausea followed, and I'd get that regularly. Then occasional blurred vision and hearing difficulties. Was somewhat alarming but I knew could possibly be related to migraine or sensory issues due to my autism.

Around this time, I started to get depressed, probably due to immense stress at work, and since I was feeling pretty apathetic towards therapy, I decided to start an antidepressant- sertraline. The first dose I took, I felt weird. I'm a pharmacist so I knew more or less what to expect like nausea and drowsiness and whatnot, but then I had some episode in the shower. It started with a weird feeling in my stomach, my face and hand started twitching and my breathing went weird. I felt a weird sensation go through my body and then my legs went weak and I almost fell out of the shower. I managed to get to my room and slump onto my bed and just lie there until I got my energy back. Honestly I almost thought I was having a seizure or something 😅

After that moment I stopped taking the sertraline because I was worried it was somewhat related because it was rather out of the blue, but that wasn't the end of my symptoms. I struggled with regular headaches, nausea, sensory disturbances and poor balance. This progressed to me being bed bound for a week because I couldn't stand up without falling over or feeling nauseous. Then housebound for two more weeks. My depression still hung about.

Over the next couple months the symptoms gradually improved. I did get random neck, eye, and hand twitches but I think that was a withdrawal effect from restarting the sertraline for 3 days before stopping it again 🙈 I received therapy for my depression and the stress at work was also starting to ease. Then I was practically symptomless for the spring and summer months. I finally quit my job and started my new one and started a relationship so things were pretty good, until October rolled around again and my headaches returned. Then the nausea. And occasional balance issues. I didn't get the visual and auditory problems, but instead I've been getting weird sensations going down my limbs and my face which my gp said is pretty normal for migraine. Just yesterday a depressive episode snuck up on me and I got the weird feeling before feeling my body get weak and twitching again and it took a while of me just lying on my bed before I had the energy to get up again. I couldn't talk properly during that time either.

Sorry long story but has anyone actually experienced symptoms like this? Has it been attributed to migraines? My doctors aren't taking me serious. Also I had an MRI around the time I was housebound with no abnormalities.
