My experience-Auras without pain?

I’ve had an aura just about all day, and every other symptom of a migraine except for the pain. I feel lethargic, I had chills earlier, little to no appetite, slightly nauseous and overall just irritated. I almost wish the pain would come on just so I could get it over with, but I had an actual migraine last Saturday. Not sure what it is but anyone else have this same experience? I’m beyond annoyed at this point.

Edit—-

Even more specific I’m pissed that there’s no consistency with my aura, random things just look off and mainly things I’m familiar with like labels and faces
