My experience-24/7 Headache

I am a 19 year old male with no previous experiences with migraines. The past year or so I have been dealing with a headache that has been constant and unbearable. I've been to countless ENTs, gotten blood tests, did a scan of my brain, taken vitamin d,b, magnesium, etc, to no avail. I have no idea what is causing them. Throughout the day they are always at a 6, it feels like throughout my entire head. I have noticed when I am about to go to sleep they are most noticeable in the front of my head, right behind my eyebrows. It's like there is incredible pressure behind my eyebrows and there's nothing I can do to stop it. They are severely impacting my quality of life. Tylenol, Advil, etc. do not help at all either and I also drink SO much water per day. I find that when I lay down and watch tv or play on my phone it appeases the headaches a bit. Also, when I wake up in the morning, my nose is always congested with dried out snot from my sleep. I'm not sure if it would be sinus related b/c I take an antihistamine daily and wash my sinuses out in the shower and then they are clear for the day. However, right when I wake up they are severely clogged. Also, I have had to stop drinking alcohol b/c when I drink, the next day the headache is amplified and I feel extremely strange - and its not just a typical hangover headache, its an all day amplified headache even when I drink water before bed and go to sleep hours after my last drink.

I have no idea what the cause of them are, but they are severely impacting my quality of life. At this point any suggestion that might be the underlying cause of them would be appreciated. Thank you.
