My experience-Migraines or just bad headaches?

Hi everyone,

I have been suffering from chronic headaches for the past few months. I have chronic neck pain as well which always triggers these headaches. However, I’ve suffered from what I think are potential migraines but I’m not entirely sure.

The headaches will be very intense at times. Yesterday I had one that lasted about 5 hours, I had to keep taking breaks at work and I had really bad nausea and dizziness. I don’t get any visual disturbance but today when I went outside I couldn’t even keep my eyes open. When I put my sunglasses on, everything was fine, but I could not be out in the sun at all without intense pain in and around my eyes followed by sharp headache pain which has been coming and going. It is very, very sharp, stabbing and throbbing.

Could this possibly be a migraine? I’m not entirely sure I am suffering from them since they are not normal for me, whereas the general headaches pretty much are at this point.

Thank you!!
