My experience-Does anyone else experience like several days of headaches that happen at the same time? Rant aaaaa

I’m currently on day 5 of this hell. It comes on around the same time every day (noon ish) and lasts for several hours, then it goes away. I’ve been prescribed Fioricet but even that doesn’t seem to do much anymore.

I don’t get any aura, just an intense pain around my right eye socket like a burning or stabbing, I also get nausea and vomiting but the puking just aggravates the pain. I get light sensitivity and sound sensitivity sometimes as well.

Does anyone have any tips on how to distract myself or be able to function ? Also how do you know when it’s time to go to the ER? Thanks guys I appreciate any advice or just commiseration I’m so alone in this 🥲
