My experience-What do you do in between??

Please send me options, I’m desperate. What do you do when you’ve already taken your abortive and your migraine still isn’t gone?? For example you can only take 8-10 suvvex per month and 15 eletriptan per month but what do you take in addition to them?? I’m having such a hard time killing this migraine and I’ve already taken my limit of eletriptan. Help! Do you alternate Advil/Tylenol??? I am already on a preventative that’s not working (I have my next neurologist appointment next month) and I’ve slept + drank a ton of water ☹️
