My experience-DAE get/almost constantly have a headache that hurts in proportion to how much you’ve been doing lately?

If I do stuff - anything: physical mental whatever - I start to get a headache. Stopping and resting helps but once it starts I can only make it completely go away if I can do nothing for the next couple of days (I work so that’s not always possible). I call this my pre-migraine because if I keep going too hard it will become one, or it will become one the second I get to a period of rest (eg right after work on Friday).

If I (in the past) were to mow my lawn, it’d turn into a full-on migraine, or I could get a migraine from no headache at all from mowing the lawn.

Basically, If I need to be resting and I’m instead doing things (usually that’s going to work), headache. I wake up with it (what I call the pre-migraine) fairly often too. Basically headaches that build until they can’t be stopped without abortives.

Anyone else? Or is this not much of a migraine thing because it could be due to ME/CFS instead maybe.
